Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains where, when and how physical products bought from Shuren International Education OÜ (Tallinn, Estonia) are dispatched. Digital courses and online enrolments are not subject to this policy; their delivery is covered in our Terms of Service.
1. Where we ship
We currently ship physical items to forty-one countries, listed below. If your country is not on the list, please contact support@shureninternationalschool.com; we add new destinations regularly.
- European Union (all 27 Member States): Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
- Rest of Europe: United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Andorra, Monaco.
- North America: United States (excluding Hawaii and US territories), Canada.
- Oceania: Australia, New Zealand.
- Asia: Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong SAR.

The exact shipping cost for your order is calculated at checkout once we know the destination and weight. Prices on this page are the cap for a single-item order.
3. Dispatch times
We dispatch from our Tallinn warehouse, Monday to Friday. Orders received before 14:00 EET ship the same working day; orders received later ship the next working day. We do not ship on public holidays in Estonia.

Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and may be longer during high-volume periods (December, end of summer term). We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.
5. Tracking
Every shipment is tracked. You receive a tracking link by email when the parcel leaves our warehouse.
6. Customs & duties
For destinations within the European Union, no customs charges apply — prices on the site are inclusive of VAT. For destinations outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for any import duties or local taxes that may be charged by customs. We declare the actual value on the customs label as required by law.
7. Wrong address / failed delivery
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incomplete or wrong address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery; you will be invoiced for the additional shipping cost.
8. Lost or damaged in transit
If your parcel does not arrive within the carrier’s maximum quoted delivery time, or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days at support@shureninternationalschool.com. We open a claim with the carrier and replace or refund at our cost.
